The Torture Never Stops |
"The Torture Never Stops" is a tune from the 1976 album Zoot Allures. The song debuted in 1975 as "Why Doesn't Somebody Get Him a Pepsi?" still few of the instrument parts were much like the album version. The song is the modified blues with Zappa playing guitar, bass and keys and Bozzio on drums. A two man show actualy …. which offers a women screaming like she's having a sadomaso orgasm. Amusingly with reference to this Zappa states in the liner notices that he was director of recreational activities. At almost ten minutes it does outstay its welcome a bit though.

The Torture Never Stops is additionally a live DVD by Frank Zappa, posthumously launched in 2008. It's composed of footage from one of Zappa's annual Halloween concerts at The Palladium in New York City, on October 31, 1981. Two shows were played that night, and this contains footage from both shows edited as one.
